Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS ON CUT SOD. NO REFUNDS ON SOD THAT IS IN ROUTE TO THE HOME OR BUSINESS OWNER. SOD DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. A 25% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL REFUNDS WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE.  NO WARRANTY ON ANY SOD TYPES, PLANTS OR TREES. PAT'S SOD SERVICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO DRIVEWAYS, WHEN SOD IS DELIVERED.
